Payment is processed via EasyMe Betaling and can be made using Dankort, international credit cards, Apple Pay, or MobilePay.
The amount will only be charged once the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or technical issues.

By purchasing digital products, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once the delivery has begun. Therefore, digital products are non-refundable after purchase.
𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Sessions are booked online via EasyMe. You may cancel your session within 14 days of booking, provided the session has not already taken place. After this 14-day period, cancellation is still possible; however, a 10% administration fee will be charged.
If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the scheduled session, or if there is a no-show, no refund will be provided.
If you book a session scheduled to take place within 14 days from booking, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost once the session has been completed.
𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬
Registration is binding upon payment.
You may cancel your participation up to 14 days before the event start date; a refund will be issued, minus a 10% administration fee. If canceled less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be provided.
You may transfer your spot to another person.

We reserve the right to make changes to events. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If we cancel an event, a full refund will be issued.

Generally, services are not covered by a 2-year warranty under Danish law. If you experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
You are entitled to have any deficiencies remedied, provided they are not caused by: your own circumstances or external factors beyond our control.
