At D-evelopment ApS, we reserve the right to make any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the prices without prior consent.
𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
D-evelopment ApS receives payment via EasyMe Betaling with Dankort, international credit cards, Apple Pay, and MobilePay. The payment will only be debited from your account once the order has been approved. All amounts are in DKK or USD and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any price errors.
𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬
Digital products (or download links) are delivered via email. Delivery takes place within a few minutes. If you have any problems receiving the email, please write to info@ditteyoung.dk
𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬
There is no right of return on digital products, as you receive immediate access after purchase.
𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Sessions are booked online via EasyMe. You can cancel your session within 14 days of booking the session.
Any cancellation of a session must be made at least one week prior to the scheduled session time. Ditte Young charges an inconvenience fee of DKK 500 if you cancel later than one week before the agreed time.
In case of no-show from the session, the payment will not be refunded.
𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬
Your registration for events, courses, and workshops is valid only after payment for participation has been made. This happens automatically when you register. When you register for events, classes, lectures, and workshops at D-evelopment ApS, you can cancel your participation up to 14 days before the event’s scheduled date. If you cancel your participation, we will, of course, refund the ticket price, minus a 10% administration fee of the full price.
You cannot cancel an event, course, lecture, or workshop with fewer than 14 days’ notice (or the first day, if more than 14 days). However, you can give your place to someone other than yourself, as the amount has been paid. When there are 14 days or fewer until the event’s start, you can no longer receive a refund. The payment is non-refundable, even if you are unable to attend in person.
𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 (𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬)
Events, courses, lectures, and workshops at D-evelopment ApS are scheduled to take place at the stated times. If we make any changes, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If we have to cancel, we will, of course, refund the full amount.
𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬
As a general rule, you do not have a 2-year right of complaint for services. Please contact us right away if you encounter any issues. You have the right to have any deficiencies in the service that can be attributed to the nature of the service rectified, unless these are due to your circumstances or other external circumstances beyond our control, for which we cannot be held responsible under Danish law. When making a complaint or exercising your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@ditteyoung.dk.

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please get in touch with Ditte Young at info@ditteyoung.dk. If we can’t find a solution, you can file a complaint with the right board in the area, provided the conditions for doing so are met.
